Typical sequence of our actions
We will hold an introductory meeting-conference in zoom, which will be recorded. The purpose of the meeting is to familiarize us with the services/products that we will be attracting potential clients for, and to establish the mandatory/additional criteria of the technical task.
Contract preparation
After receiving information from you, we will send:
Contract for approval
Invoice for the desired number of leads (minimum of 25)
Description
To start our work, we need:
  1. Requirements for leads in a free format
  2. Brief description (if available) of services, properties, advantages, benefits
  3. If possible, a script or a couple of recordings of successful cold calls (if not, we will create it ourselves and agree on it before starting work)
  4. Organization details.
Preparation time
Estimated preparation time is no less than 3 working days.
> 1 day for an introductory meeting + script development,
> 1 day for setting up internal software and creating a calling database (for a batch of 25 leads, the initial database volume should not exceed 1000 contacts/organizations),
> 1 day for lead manager training.
Project launch
On the first day of the project launch, we will send recordings of the initial calls to the general group, and you will be able to provide us with feedback on the calls and specific lead managers.
Lead transfer
We can transfer leads in two ways: first, through a shared file with access rights for your managers, second, through integration with your CRM. We do not provide internal reporting, except for identified leads. The lead card will contain all the fields specified in the technical task, and of course, the recording of the conversation.
The project will be assigned to one lead manager, with gradual expansion if needed.
